Shipping Policy

This Policy explains shipping availability, charges, delivery estimates, tracking, customs, and delivery issues for Lowfire. Effective June 15, 2026.

1. Scope

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through https://www.lowfireliving.com, operated by Selcovia Ltd.. Available methods, final charges, and delivery availability are determined during checkout from the destination, cart, sales region, inventory location, and configured fulfillment providers.

2. Shipping destinations

We ship only to destinations offered at checkout. Availability may differ by product because of carrier coverage, warehouse location, product restrictions, customs rules, or local law.

If your destination or a shipping option is unavailable, do not place an order using an inaccurate address. Contact support@lowfireliving.com to ask whether another supported option exists.

3. Shipping charges

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. The amount may depend on destination, service level, package weight or dimensions, product type, order value, and fulfillment provider.

A promotion such as free or reduced shipping applies only when shown at checkout and may have destination, product, or order-value conditions. Shipping charges are not calculated from a fixed rule written into this Policy.

4. Order processing

Processing begins after payment is authorized and inventory is available or reserved. Orders may require verification before release. Weekends, public holidays, peak periods, product availability, and warehouse workload can affect processing.

An order containing products from different inventory locations may be divided into separate shipments. You will not be charged additional shipping beyond the accepted order total unless you approve a later change.

5. Delivery estimates

Any processing or transit estimate shown at checkout, in an order message, or by a carrier is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date unless we expressly state otherwise.

Weather, customs, security checks, carrier disruption, remote-area service, incorrect addresses, and events outside reasonable control can cause delays. Mandatory rights relating to late delivery remain unaffected.

6. Tracking

When a fulfillment provider supplies tracking, we may show the carrier, tracking number, and status in your account or send it by email. Tracking can take time to update after a label is created.

Carrier tracking is supplied by the carrier and may not reflect every movement in real time. Contact us if tracking has not progressed for an unusual period or the estimated delivery window has materially passed.

7. Address accuracy and changes

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate recipient name, street address, unit number, postal code, country, telephone number, and any delivery information requested at checkout.

Contact support@lowfireliving.com immediately about an error. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment starts. Additional carrier charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or failed delivery may be deducted from a refund or charged for reshipment where permitted by law.

8. Customs, duties, and taxes

For international orders, the checkout may collect some taxes or duties where supported. Unless checkout expressly states that duties and import charges are included, the recipient is responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other destination charges.

Customs authorities may require recipient information and may open or delay a parcel. We cannot undervalue an order or mark a commercial purchase as a gift. A shipment refused because of unpaid import charges may be treated as a return, with recoverable shipping, duty, or carrier costs deducted where permitted by law.

9. Delivery, safe places, and risk

Delivery may be made to the recipient, an authorized person, building reception, parcel point, or safe place according to the selected service and carrier rules. Review carrier notifications promptly.

Risk transfers as required by applicable consumer law. If you independently authorize a carrier to leave a parcel unattended or redirect it after dispatch, responsibility for loss may change to the extent permitted by law.

10. Damaged parcels or missing items

Inspect the parcel and products promptly. If a parcel is damaged, opened, incomplete, or contains the wrong item, keep all packaging and contact support@lowfireliving.com as soon as reasonably possible with the order number and clear photographs.

We may ask for further information to make a carrier or fulfillment claim. Remedies are handled under our Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

11. Lost, delayed, or marked-delivered parcels

For a delayed parcel, check tracking and any carrier notice first. For a parcel marked delivered but not found, check the address, household members, neighbors where appropriate, safe places, reception, and collection points.

Contact us promptly if the parcel remains missing. We may open an investigation with the carrier before providing a replacement or refund. The investigation does not remove any remedy required by applicable law.

12. Failed or refused delivery

A parcel may be returned to sender because of an incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, non-collection, refusal, or unpaid import charges. After it is returned, we may offer reshipment at your cost or refund eligible products after deducting recoverable shipping, return, duty, or carrier charges, where permitted by law.

Opened consumables or products damaged through customer handling may not be eligible for resale or a change-of-mind refund.

13. Changes and contact

We may update this Policy when destinations, carriers, fulfillment arrangements, or legal requirements change. The effective date identifies the current version.
