Refund Policy
This Policy explains how Lowfire handles returns, damaged or incorrect items, cancellations, and refunds. Effective June 15, 2026.
1. Scope and statutory rights
This Refund Policy applies to products purchased from https://www.lowfireliving.com, operated by Selcovia Ltd.. It should be read with our Terms of Use and Shipping Policy.
Nothing in this Policy limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the consumer laws that apply to you, including rights relating to faulty, unsafe, misdescribed, counterfeit, or undelivered goods.
2. Change-of-mind returns
Unless an exclusion below applies, you may ask to return an eligible product within 14 days after delivery by contacting support@lowfireliving.com. The request must include your order number and the product you wish to return.
The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition, with original packaging, accessories, labels, seals, and proof of purchase. Opening delivery packaging only to inspect a product does not by itself make it ineligible, but product-specific protective or hygiene seals must remain intact.
3. Products that cannot be returned for change of mind
To the extent permitted by law, change-of-mind returns are not accepted for opened tea, food, beverages, consumables, or other perishable products; personalized or made-to-order goods; gift cards; products marked final sale before purchase; or hygiene-sensitive goods with a broken seal.
A change-of-mind exclusion does not remove any mandatory remedy for a product that is faulty, unsafe, damaged before delivery, materially misdescribed, or incorrectly supplied.
4. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Inspect your order promptly after delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, missing, or different from what you ordered, contact support@lowfireliving.com as soon as reasonably possible with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label where relevant.
Keep the item and packaging until we finish reviewing the claim. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we may offer a replacement, repair, partial refund, full refund, or another appropriate remedy. We will cover reasonable return shipping for an accepted claim caused by our error or a product defect.
5. Starting a return
Do not send a product back without return instructions. Email support@lowfireliving.com first. If the return is approved, we will provide the return address, authorization details, and any available shipping instructions.
Returns sent to our business address at RM 13, 7/F, HSE OF CORONA, 50 HUNG TO RD, KWUN TONG, HONG KONG without authorization may be delayed or refused if that location is not the designated returns facility.
6. Return shipping and risk
For an approved change-of-mind return, you are responsible for return shipping costs unless we agree otherwise or applicable law requires us to pay. Original outbound shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or the entire order is returned under a statutory cancellation right.
Use a trackable service and package the product securely. You are responsible for the returned product until it reaches the designated return facility, except where law provides otherwise. We are not responsible for an unauthorized return sent to the wrong address.
7. Inspection and refund amount
We inspect returned products before approving a refund. If a change-of-mind return shows use, damage, missing parts, or handling beyond what is reasonably needed to inspect it, we may reduce or refuse the refund to the extent permitted by law.
Approved refunds cover the amount paid for the accepted returned product, less any lawful deductions. Discounts, bundles, gifts with purchase, and promotional thresholds may be recalculated when part of an order is returned.
8. Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method where supported. We normally initiate the refund after the returned product is received and inspected, or after we approve a claim that does not require return.
Banks and payment providers control the time needed to post funds after we initiate a refund. Currency conversion, foreign transaction charges, and exchange-rate differences charged by a bank or payment provider are outside our control.
9. Exchanges
Direct exchanges depend on product availability and may not be offered in every region. Where an exchange is unavailable, return the eligible product for a refund and place a new order. A replacement for a damaged or incorrect item is handled separately from a change-of-mind exchange.
10. Cancellations and address changes
Contact support@lowfireliving.com immediately if you need to cancel an order or correct an address. We cannot guarantee a change once payment, inventory reservation, packing, or fulfillment has started.
If we successfully stop the order, we will cancel or refund the affected amount. If the order has already shipped, the applicable return process and any carrier rerouting charges may apply.
11. Lost or undelivered orders
If tracking shows an order as delivered but you cannot locate it, check the delivery address, household members, safe places, building reception, and the carrier first, then contact us promptly. We may ask you to cooperate with a carrier investigation.
Remedies for confirmed loss or non-delivery depend on the shipping terms, evidence, carrier outcome, and applicable consumer law. We do not treat refusal to pay import charges or failure to collect a shipment as product damage.
12. Gifts and promotional items
Refunds are issued to the original purchaser and original payment method. If a returned order no longer qualifies for a free gift, bundle price, or promotional discount, the value of retained benefits may be deducted where permitted by law.
13. Abuse and fraud prevention
We may refuse a return or investigate further where there is evidence of return fraud, altered products, repeated abuse, false claims, or items not purchased from us. This does not limit a genuine mandatory consumer claim.
