Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Lowfire collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data. Effective June 15, 2026.
1. Who is responsible for your data
Selcovia Ltd., trading as Lowfire, is the controller or business responsible for personal data described in this Privacy Policy. Our address is RM 13, 7/F, HSE OF CORONA, 50 HUNG TO RD, KWUN TONG, HONG KONG, and our privacy contact is support@lowfireliving.com.
This Policy applies to https://www.lowfireliving.com, our online store, customer support, marketing communications, and related interactions. A third party’s own privacy notice applies when it independently controls your data.
2. Personal data we collect
We may collect identifiers and contact details such as name, email, telephone number, billing and delivery address, account details, and communication preferences; transaction information such as products, order value, discounts, returns, and delivery status; and customer-support messages, reviews, survey responses, or other content you provide.
We also collect device and usage information such as IP address, browser, device identifiers, language, approximate location derived from IP, referring pages, pages viewed, and interactions with our website or messages. Cookie and similar-technology data may be collected as described below.
If you choose Continue with Google, Google provides a verified email address, name, profile image, and a Google account identifier. We use this information to create, authenticate, and secure your store account. We do not receive your Google password, contacts, files, or unrelated Google account data.
Payment providers process payment credentials. We generally receive a payment token, status, method, and limited billing details rather than complete card information. We may receive fraud, delivery, analytics, advertising, or social interaction data from service providers and partners.
3. How we collect data
We collect data directly from you when you browse, order, register, subscribe, contact us, post content, or participate in a promotion. We collect some data automatically through the website and receive some data from payment, commerce, delivery, fraud-prevention, analytics, advertising, and social-platform providers.
4. Why we use personal data
We use personal data to provide the website; create and secure accounts; process payment; fulfill, deliver, return, and refund orders; provide support; communicate service messages; personalize language, currency, and content; maintain inventory and transaction records; prevent fraud and abuse; protect our rights and users; measure and improve performance; comply with law; and establish or defend legal claims.
With consent where required, we use contact and device data for newsletters, product updates, audience measurement, and personalized advertising. You can withdraw consent or unsubscribe at any time, although this does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.
5. Legal bases
Where laws such as the UK GDPR or EU GDPR apply, our legal bases may include performance of a contract, steps requested before a contract, compliance with legal obligations, consent, and legitimate interests such as operating and securing the store, preventing fraud, understanding performance, improving services, and communicating with customers.
When we rely on legitimate interests, we consider the impact on your rights. You may object to certain processing as described in the rights section.
6. When we disclose personal data
We disclose personal data as needed to commerce-platform and hosting providers; payment processors; warehouses, carriers, and fulfillment partners; customer-support and communications providers; analytics, security, and fraud-prevention providers; professional advisers; regulators, courts, or law enforcement; and parties involved in a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of business assets.
These recipients may act as processors, service providers, contractors, or independent controllers depending on their role. We require appropriate protections where law requires them. We do not sell personal data for money. Some advertising or analytics disclosures may be treated as a "sale", "sharing", or targeted advertising under certain US state laws, and applicable opt-out rights are described below.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
We use necessary technologies for security, cart, checkout, account login, localization, and core operation. We also use Google Analytics by default to understand website usage and improve performance, subject to applicable law and the choices described below.
Google Analytics may process page URLs, interactions, device and browser information, approximate location derived from IP, and online identifiers to provide aggregated audience measurement. Google Analytics does not log or store individual IP addresses for GA4 reporting, and our implementation explicitly requests IP anonymization. We disable advertising storage, Google signals, and ad-personalization signals.
You can switch to essential cookies only when first notified or change your choice later through Cookie settings. Opting out disables future Google Analytics events from this browser and removes the Google Analytics cookies that our site can access. Global Privacy Control is treated as an analytics opt-out.
Browser controls can block or delete cookies, but essential functions may stop working. Where required, our consent interface provides additional choices. Preference signals such as Global Privacy Control are honored where legally required and technically supported.
8. Marketing choices
You may unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in the message or by contacting us. We may still send non-marketing messages about accounts, orders, security, policy changes, or customer-service requests.
Advertising choices may also be available through our cookie settings, device settings, browser controls, or industry opt-out tools, depending on the technologies used and your location.
9. International transfers
Our providers and recipients may process personal data outside your country. Where transfer restrictions apply, we use an approved transfer mechanism or other lawful safeguard, such as adequacy regulations, standard contractual clauses, or a permitted derogation. You may contact us for more information about relevant safeguards.
10. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing accounts and orders, meeting tax and accounting duties, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, preventing fraud, and maintaining security.
Retention periods depend on the data and applicable law. We then delete, anonymize, or securely isolate data unless longer retention is required or permitted.
11. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical measures designed to protect personal data, including access controls and service-provider safeguards. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Protect your password and contact us if you suspect unauthorized account activity.
12. Your privacy rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain a portable copy of personal data; withdraw consent; opt out of direct marketing, targeted advertising, sale, or sharing; and appeal a denied request. You may also complain to a privacy or data-protection regulator.
To make a request, email support@lowfireliving.com. We may verify identity and authority before responding. An authorized agent may submit a request where local law allows. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
13. US state disclosures
Residents of certain US states may request information about categories of personal data collected, sources, business purposes, categories of recipients, and specific pieces of data, and may request correction or deletion. They may also opt out of targeted advertising or disclosures treated as sale or sharing.
The categories collected are described in Sections 2 and 3; purposes in Section 4; and recipient categories in Section 6. We do not knowingly use or disclose sensitive personal data to infer characteristics beyond purposes allowed without a right to limit.
14. Children
The website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. Where a higher age threshold applies to consent for online services, a parent or guardian should supervise use. Contact us if you believe a child provided personal data so we can review and delete it as appropriate.
15. Changes and contact
We may update this Policy as our practices, providers, or legal duties change. The effective date identifies the current version. We will provide additional notice of material changes where required.
Questions, requests, or complaints may be sent to support@lowfireliving.com or mailed to Selcovia Ltd., RM 13, 7/F, HSE OF CORONA, 50 HUNG TO RD, KWUN TONG, HONG KONG.
